Twas the Night Before Christmas!

Twas the night before Christmas and all through the house, meatballs were cooking for the first course.  Ravioli and salad were added too and wine was poured too... in hopes that the family would eat, drink and be merry!

 Well, as tradition would have it... the opening of the gift the night before Christmas... Legos!
 Finished masterpieces!

 Off to our jammies and putting out cookies and milk for Santa!

 Then it's off to bed and cover up your head because Santa Claus comes tonight!!!
 And another Good Bye to Arthur, our elf!

My baby turns 9!!!

I cannot believe it!  NINE YEARS OLD!!!  It seems like yesterday that we brought little Jackson home from the hospital!  He is growing up way too fast!  It really does just fly by.  We are so proud of the person Jackson is and how sensitive, kind and caring he is!  This year, Jackson is really into army and anything resembling a gun... so of course his party had a military theme.  We hired a company to come to the house to do laser tag and it was blast! First Day of 6th and 9th Grades!

Wow!  I cannot believe it... a 6th grader and a Freshman in High School!  What!?! Yes... that is a boot cast... broke my foot just in time for school!  UGH! Charlie with his teacher...Mrs. Villar!     Not as many pix of Jackson because, well... who wants their mom tagging along to take pix with their teachers!  Not a great shot...   was having an ugly cry moment!
