Nature Center

Summer brings about many fun things to go and check out!  Last week, Grandma, Mommy, Jackson and Charlie took the journey on out to the Nature Center to check out the new sea life and to see the artwork made from trash that had been washed up on shore! 
 We had to catch a trolley shuttle out to the Nature Center!

 All of the artwork you see if from an artist out of Oregon and she made it all from tons of trash she collected off our shores... creative, however... very sad!

My baby turns 9!!!

I cannot believe it!  NINE YEARS OLD!!!  It seems like yesterday that we brought little Jackson home from the hospital!  He is growing up way too fast!  It really does just fly by.  We are so proud of the person Jackson is and how sensitive, kind and caring he is!  This year, Jackson is really into army and anything resembling a gun... so of course his party had a military theme.  We hired a company to come to the house to do laser tag and it was blast! First Day of 6th and 9th Grades!

Wow!  I cannot believe it... a 6th grader and a Freshman in High School!  What!?! Yes... that is a boot cast... broke my foot just in time for school!  UGH! Charlie with his teacher...Mrs. Villar!     Not as many pix of Jackson because, well... who wants their mom tagging along to take pix with their teachers!  Not a great shot...   was having an ugly cry moment!
