New Year's Eve - 2016!

This New Year's Eve Grandma and Coppa celebrated 50 years of marriage!  The party is tomorrow morning so it was a short night for us.  Mommy and Daddy had to be at the venue at 5:30 in the morning... so we rang it in at 9:00 and called it a night.  First time in my 47 years of life that I didn't make it up till midnight at my folks house!

My baby turns 9!!!

I cannot believe it!  NINE YEARS OLD!!!  It seems like yesterday that we brought little Jackson home from the hospital!  He is growing up way too fast!  It really does just fly by.  We are so proud of the person Jackson is and how sensitive, kind and caring he is!  This year, Jackson is really into army and anything resembling a gun... so of course his party had a military theme.  We hired a company to come to the house to do laser tag and it was blast! First Day of 6th and 9th Grades!

Wow!  I cannot believe it... a 6th grader and a Freshman in High School!  What!?! Yes... that is a boot cast... broke my foot just in time for school!  UGH! Charlie with his teacher...Mrs. Villar!     Not as many pix of Jackson because, well... who wants their mom tagging along to take pix with their teachers!  Not a great shot...   was having an ugly cry moment!
