July 1st - Del Mar Fair with The Jerman's

Even though it's now called the San Diego Fair... it will always be The Del Mar Fair to us!  We met up with the Jerman's for some good old fashioned fair fun!



Charlie on the pony ride was hilarious!  He was by many years the oldest pony rider!!!



Yummy fair food!










Charlie talked Mommy into this ride and it was crazy fun!






Great memories with great friends!

My baby turns 9!!!

I cannot believe it!  NINE YEARS OLD!!!  It seems like yesterday that we brought little Jackson home from the hospital!  He is growing up way too fast!  It really does just fly by.  We are so proud of the person Jackson is and how sensitive, kind and caring he is!  This year, Jackson is really into army and anything resembling a gun... so of course his party had a military theme.  We hired a company to come to the house to do laser tag and it was blast! First Day of 6th and 9th Grades!

Wow!  I cannot believe it... a 6th grader and a Freshman in High School!  What!?! Yes... that is a boot cast... broke my foot just in time for school!  UGH! Charlie with his teacher...Mrs. Villar!     Not as many pix of Jackson because, well... who wants their mom tagging along to take pix with their teachers!  Not a great shot...   was having an ugly cry moment!
