Vacation at Lake Tahoe

We had a great time in Lake Tahoe with the whole family!  Joey took us on his time share points!  It was a blast!

After our long hike to a disappointing end lake... we headed to Sugar Pines Park!  Heaven!

















 Sack Races at the resort!  Jackson came in 1st and 2nd... they were the only ones in the race!  


 Back to Sugar Pines... our favorite beach at the Lake!  We rented paddle boards and kayaks! 
















 Last Day... we went for a little shopping!  The boys got shaved ice and donuts!  The shaved ice was the size of Bug's head!!!
 Back to the beach at our resort!  More Kayaks!

On our way home, a huge brush fire delayed our ride home... 4 hour detour, however, we were safe.... tired, but safe!

So much fun and such great weather... back to school in two days!

My baby turns 9!!!

I cannot believe it!  NINE YEARS OLD!!!  It seems like yesterday that we brought little Jackson home from the hospital!  He is growing up way too fast!  It really does just fly by.  We are so proud of the person Jackson is and how sensitive, kind and caring he is!  This year, Jackson is really into army and anything resembling a gun... so of course his party had a military theme.  We hired a company to come to the house to do laser tag and it was blast! First Day of 6th and 9th Grades!

Wow!  I cannot believe it... a 6th grader and a Freshman in High School!  What!?! Yes... that is a boot cast... broke my foot just in time for school!  UGH! Charlie with his teacher...Mrs. Villar!     Not as many pix of Jackson because, well... who wants their mom tagging along to take pix with their teachers!  Not a great shot...   was having an ugly cry moment!
