Jackson turns 12!

WHAT? TWELVE?
I have a tween????
Jackson is 12 and I just can't believe how fast these years have gone by... oh how I wish I could slow it way down!  But... I have to say... Jackson had a blast on his birthday!
 Charlie surprised Jackson with a 1957 Chevy that he had his eye on for his birthday!  Buggy even cried when he gave him the gift.

 Jackson wanted to eat at Chili's so off we went with Grandma and Coppa!  Jackson got one of his gifts from Grandma and Coppa there!


Then on Saturday... we were off to K1 Speed Race Track and it was crazy fun!!!!

 Birthday Boy came in first... followed by Brandon and Buggy!  Pretty cool!
 Yes... mommy, daddy, uncle joe, uncle goggle and Coppa raced too!

I cannot believe it!  NINE YEARS OLD!!!  It seems like yesterday that we brought little Jackson home from the hospital!  He is growing up way too fast!  It really does just fly by.  We are so proud of the person Jackson is and how sensitive, kind and caring he is!  This year, Jackson is really into army and anything resembling a gun... so of course his party had a military theme.  We hired a company to come to the house to do laser tag and it was blast! First Day of 6th and 9th Grades!

Wow!  I cannot believe it... a 6th grader and a Freshman in High School!  What!?! Yes... that is a boot cast... broke my foot just in time for school!  UGH! Charlie with his teacher...Mrs. Villar!     Not as many pix of Jackson because, well... who wants their mom tagging along to take pix with their teachers!  Not a great shot...   was having an ugly cry moment!
