The Elkinton Four

Jackson's baseball team won the championships this season!  It was a great season with great ball players and amazing coaches and families! Our end of the season party was at La Bella's Pizzeria and a great time was had by all!   Coach Pat talking about the best 2nd baseman he could as for!  Jackson was hanging on every word! A great coach!!!  Thanks Coach Pat!   Our team mom, Monica presented the coaches with amazing collages and with engraves bats that the players all signed!  Coach Pat, Coach Arturo and Coach Martin were all very touched!!! Proud of you Bud!!! Now... off to travel ball!!! 

This year for the 4th of July, we decided to head out to Coronado Beach for the day! Mom, Dad, both boys, Grandma, Coppa and even Uncle Goggle weighed in on the fun! We arrived at 11:00 and stayed until 7:00pm at which time we were told by the lifeguards that due to the over cast skies, we would not be able to see the fireworks from Glorrieta Bay!  Sad, but not defeated, we headed home, took some hot showers and headed up onto the roof and saw a spectacular show from Spring Valley!  The boys were more thrilled to be up on the roof of our house than they would have been sitting at the beach!  

Today was a blast with Austin and Andrew at the Summit Park Splash Pad! 

Oh my gosh... my mom totally surprised me today by showing up at my house in her new midnight blue convertible, BMW!!! It's so her and she looks amazing in it!!  You are one hot grandma! 

Love that both my boys are fish!  We don't have a pool, however, Uncle Goggle does!  He was at work, but we let ourselves in... shhhh!!!  Just kidding, he told us we could come over! 

Love living in San Diego... who needs a vacation destination when Coronado is 18 miles from home!  Not bragging... just saying! Taking a break from the waves and digging in the sand for some fun! 

There are just those days when lounging in your jammies and playing Draw Something with Grandma while talking with her on the phone is the only thing you want to do! Nice robot drawing there, Buggy!
