The Elkinton Four

It is truly crazy how fast the years are flying by!  I cannot believe my babies are 10 and 7 are started 5th and 2nd grade today!!!  I am having a big crybaby mommy moment wanting to stop time and make them stay little!  Both boys had a great first day and love their teachers!  Charlie was so excited... you would have thought we were going to Disneyland!  Jackson was not that excited and more nervous... but his day went great and was excited to see all his buddies and of course wear his new shoes!  Yes, he is my son after all!!   Charliebug with Mrs. Viora!!!   Jackson with Mrs. Umali! 

It is amazing that we have grown up and lived here most of our lives and have never gone to the tide pools or the Pt. Loma Light House!  Well, we took the boys and had a blast!!! 

Mommy and Daddy's friends, The Barkers (Corrine, Shad, Ellie and Nolan), came out for a week to stay with us and enjoy San Diego!  We had a ball... Jen Culbertson also came down from L.A. and joined in the fun!
