The Elkinton Four

Last night we went to our annual Holiday Party at Mindi and Sean's!  It is always so festive and fun and of course Santa is there to answer any and all questions and to hand out presents from is sack! Waiting for Santa to arrive!!! So innocent... I love it!!! Here comes Santa now! Charlie asked about his elf and about Mrs. Claus baking him enough cookies! After all the questions were answered... Santa read, "Twas the Night Before Christmas" Charliebug and Santa Claus! Santa and Jackson! So happy that they were on the good list! What did Santa bring? Star Wars Legos! Same over here! Off to build! Beautiful sunset and Mrs. Claus must have been baking up a storm!!!  Santa and the boys! We love Santa Claus! Thank you Santa! 

As tradition would have it... yesterday was Christmas Cookie Baking Day at Grandma's with all the grandkids!  It's always a LONG day, but so much fun!  Take a look... Grandma's famous whipped butter cookies!! SNOWBALLS!!! Santa's Elves! Not for the weary... look at those flour stains! Some of the finished products!!! By the end... Goggle and Bug were all tuckered out!!!  Great Memories!!! 

Jackson jumped right back into Field Hockey with Kevin Barbar (U.S.A. Olympic Field Hockey Player) as his coach and Olympic View went on to win in every division!!!  Go O.V.   Winning the Golden Hockey Stick!!! 

My two guys went to compete at LEGOLAND with 52 other qualifying teams in southern California... and won the Rising Star Award.  Back at school last Friday... both were awarded at an assembly at Olympic View! 

Momma doesn't mess around when it comes to the holidays and Christmas.  First things first... we all have yummy, cozy, flannel Christmas sheets! Bug's Bedding! Bud's Bedding! Momma and Pop's Bedding!  You can't really see the writing... but this is the most important ornament... It says, "Queen of Everything!" What a couple of cute elves!!!  Buggy the best helper elf!  Santa is hugging Jackson! Time for the Advent Lego Calendar! Jackson moves on to the candy Advent Calendar! Charliebug is just too excited!!!! Arthur came last night to check in with the boys!  As always, he started in our wreath on the fireplace! Welcome back Arthur!
